EXHIBITION PAVILION RENTALS
ROMEXPO has 11 exhibition pavilions and each of these spaces can be decorated and equipped according to the needs of the hosted event.

ULTRAMODERNE SPACES AT EUROPEAN STANDARDS
In December 2017, new exhibition spaces, pavilions B1, B2, B3, were put into use. Featuring modernity and functionality, B1 and B2 have an area of approximately 27,000 square meters and can accommodate any type of event with international facilities.
B1 & B2
– height regime: ground floor
– Total useful area: 27,300 sqm
– total height: 14,17 m
The B3 multifunctional pavilion unites, in a compact structure, Pavilion B1 with pavilion B2.
Pavilion B3 is composed of:
Upstairs, two conference rooms, Madgearu Hall and Titulescu Hall:
1300 square meters each;
equipped with projection screens, sound system and air conditioning;
Depending on the requirements, they can be subdivided so that the capacity can be adapted to the requirements;
Own sanitary groups.
At the ground floor
Main entrance hall – 1420 square meters, tiled floors;
Cafe -155 sqm;
In the basement
Sanitary groups including “mother and child” and specially arranged group for people with disabilities.
Additional facilities for access – 4 interior lifts.
RENT OUTSIDE SPACES
The ROMEXPO Exhibition Center has:
13 outdoor platforms, with areas ranging from 335 to 7878 square meters
4 parking spaces, with areas between 5650 and 16.745 sqm, corresponding to the entrances: B, C, D, E.
RENT CITY HUB
In 2017, the Romexpo Exhibition Center set up CITY HUB, a coworking space for start-up businesses and young entrepreneurs, especially those working in the field of creative industries.
CITY HUB Bucharest (www.city-hub.ro) is divided into areas with different functionalities, with the access being allowed based on different types of subscriptions.
It includes flexible and flexible workspaces and access to all facilities and logistics necessary for project and business development:
- high-speed internet (Wi-Fi or cable)
- multifunction printers
- conference and business meetings
- easy access to potential business partners, etc.
- 72 seats in open space and 24 seats in the conference room
- 5 useful areas: working area (72 seats), conference room (24 seats, fully equipped), office space, fully equipped kitchen and relaxation area.
CITY HUB encourages entrepreneurship and creative professions, but also the “face-to-face” interaction of professionals from various fields of activity, to develop productive and lasting partnerships.
