Media accreditation

Romexpo provides media accreditation for all members. The accreditation is available only for the current year.

Accreditation release

In order to obtain a permanent accreditation, the media institution shall submit the following documents:

    • Accreditation form
    • Copy of ID
    • Copy of your press ID card

Romexpo issuesthe accreditation card within 10 working days.

Should the contract between the accredited journalist and the media institution that required the credentials be terminated, the latter shall notify, in writing, the PR & Communication Department.

The accredited journalist must wear his credentials at plain sight, during the entire period he is inside the Romexpo Exhibition Centre.

Accreditation cards are not transmittable.


Accredited journalists:

Will act strictly in an ethical manner (see the Romanian Media Club).

Will participate,upon the receipt of a written invitation,at the conferences and events organized by Romexpo S.A.

May request the PR& Communication department to organize meetings, debates and press conferences with the management.


Should the journalist loose the accreditation card or badge, he or she is required to notify, in writing, the PR & Communication Department.

The PR & Communication Department can refuse or cancel the accreditation in the following circumstances:

The accredited journalist has been fired by the media institution that requested his/her accreditation.

The media institution has ceased its activity.

The documents submitted in order to obtain accreditation are false or contain false or outdated information.

The accredited journalist has acted or related the attended event in a bias and unethical manner.

The PR & Communication Department shall notify the journalist, in writing, upon the refusal or cancellation of the accreditation card.

The PR & Communication Department shall give transparent and non-bias arguments to the journalist, upon the refusal or cancellation of the accreditation card.


Media accreditation is a measure undertaken by Romexpo in order to ensure and provide transparency regarding its activity and also to facilitate the activity of journalists inside the Romexpo Exhibition Centre.

Media accreditation grants journalists access to Romexpo events and first hand access to any and all Romexpo press releases.
